Flyby reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Orders

All orders are processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, payment issues, or abnormal activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

Processing time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days on average.

Flyby is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not offered, except if the item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.

If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

6. Product Quality

Because our products are printed on demand, minor variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur. These variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

All Flyby designs, logos, and visuals are the property of Flyby and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flyby is not responsible for any damages, losses, or incidents resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
